1. Return Window

Returns & replacements can be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

Email 4 clear photos, order ID & tracking details to care@dynemart.in.

If pickup is available, we will arrange collection from your address.

We may ask you to ship return via India Post if pickup is unavailable.

3. Return via India Post

  • Pack securely
  • Dispatch through Registered / Speed Post
  • Share AWB receipt and order ID by email

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-15 working days after approval.

5. COD Orders

Sometimes a small advance may be required based on location.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check bank account
  • Contact bank/card provider
  • Email us if still not received
