Return and Refund Policy for DYNE ENGICON LLP – www.dynemart.in

Return Window:

Customers can initiate a return or replacement within 3 days of successful delivery of the product or order shipment. We offer a no-questions-asked return policy within this timeframe.

Refund Policy:

– We accept refund requests within 3 days after order delivery, as described above.

– For defective or damaged products, we offer replacements at no extra cost. However, approval is required for replacement requests.

– To request a replacement for a defective or damaged product, customers must submit a minimum of 4 clear photographs showing all sides of the product, along with the order ID and tracking ID, to care@dynemart.in. After approval, we will arrange for pickup and replacement.

– In the case of a refund, the item must be ship back to us. If courier service is available for pickup,follow the following process. Customers must ensure that the product and its accessories are included in the return package, securely packed in a polybag or corrugated box, before handing it to the courier representative.

Refund Process Details:

We have approved your refund request to ensure that the product is shipped back to us.

We will arrange for a pickup as soon as possible through our courier partner. Once they receive the product, we will begin the refund approval process. In case your pin code is not serviced by our return pickup service, we will contact you to inform you of this situation. We kindly request that you securely pack the product and dispatch it to any nearest Indian Post office.

Steps for Return via Indian Post: Packaging: Please pack the product securely in a polybag or corrugated box.


Dispatch : Take the packaged product to your nearest Indian Post office for dispatch.

Share Details:  Share the AWB number and receipt with us by emailing care@dynemart.in. Make sure to clearly mention your order ID for faster processing.

Shipping Cost Refund:  We will reimburse the shipping costs mentioned on the receipt from the Indian Post office upon successful receipt of the product at our warehouse. We will confirm the shipping cost upon receipt.

Refund Request: Submit a refund request within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing care@dynemart.in. Please include your order ID and reason for the refund.

Approval Process:  We will review your request promptly and notify you of the approval status.

Return of Product: Upon approval, follow the appropriate return instructions based on your location’s pickup availability.

– If courier pickup is unavailable in the customer’s area, returns can be made through Indian Post Business Parcel, registered post, or speed post. The acknowledgment slip with the tracking number should be sent to care@dynemart.in, with the order ID clearly written on it. We will refund the shipping charges after successfully receiving the product back. Indian Post charges will be refunded as cashback or via direct bank transfer or as a gift.

Refund Processing Time:

– After approval of the refund by Dynemart, payment processing will take a standard time, depending on the payment gateway and bank availability, typically within 7 to 15 days. Customers should note that bank working schedules or vacations may cause delays in payment processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

– For COD orders, we offer the facility for customer convenience. Sometimes, a nominal fee may be applicable before accepting COD orders. The remaining amount is collected as COD. For example, if the order value is Rs. 100.00, then an advance amount of around Rs. 10 may be required. This pre-payment could be settled by Dynemart if cancellation is made after 2 days of placing the order. The exact amount may vary from customer to customer.

Delhivery Condition:

– Customers can cancel orders within 2 days of placing them. Our service level agreement (SLA) ensures that orders will be processed within 2 days. Delivery time depends on the distance between the customer and the warehouse. We will communicate estimated delivery times periodically. Approximate delivery times will be displayed on the product page or the add-to-cart page when the order is initiated by the customer.
