We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible, while keeping you informed at every step.
🕒 Order cancellation window
Orders can be cancelled by customers within 2 working days of placement, before processing begins.
📍 Delivery timelines
Delivery time depends on the distance between your address and our warehouse. Estimated dates are shared on product and checkout pages.
⚠️ ODA pin codes
For Out of Delivery Area (ODA) pin codes, we first check feasibility with our courier partners and India Post services.
Order processing & SLA
Our service level agreement (SLA) ensures that orders are processed within 2 working days from the date of placement. National holidays and unforeseen circumstances may affect the SLA. Any such delays will be communicated to you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Delivery & communication
Delivery time is dependent on the distance between the customer’s location and our warehouse. Approximate delivery times are shown on the product page and/or add-to-cart/checkout page at the time of order.
We may periodically update you about your shipment status and expected delivery through email, SMS or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Out of Delivery Area (ODA) pin codes
To ensure smooth delivery, we maintain a strict policy for Out of Delivery Area (ODA) pin codes. If your shipping address falls under an ODA pin code for our private courier partners, we will verify delivery feasibility with India Post (Registered Post, Speed Post, or Business Parcel).
If India Post or our partners are unable to deliver to your ODA pin code, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment source.
