Overview
Orders can be canceled by customers within 2 working days of placement. Our service level agreement (SLA) ensures orders are processed within this timeframe. Please be aware that national holidays and other unforeseen circumstances may affect SLA. Any such delays will be communicated to you promptly using the contact details provided.
Delivery time is contingent upon the distance between the customer’s location and our warehouse. Estimated delivery times will be periodically communicated to customers. Approximate delivery times will also be indicated on the product page or the add-to-cart page during the order initiation process.
Blocking Out of Delivery Area (ODA) Pin Codes:
To ensure smooth delivery of orders, we maintain a strict policy regarding Out of Delivery Area (ODA) Pin Codes. If a customer’s shipping address falls under an ODA Pin Code with our private courier company, we will verify delivery feasibility with India Post (registered post, Speed post, or Business parcel).
If India Post confirms inability to deliver to the specified ODA Pin Code, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases where payment has already been made for the order, we will initiate a full refund directly to the customer’s account from which the payment was made.
